In this series i’m working in monochrome colors accompanied by bodies of symbolism . Blacks and whites create the contrast that in spiritual ways have a powerful presence. I wanted rawness and natural tone of linen to be a major part of this painting, bringing out an element of surprise in textures. Overall its an instinctual body of work, as my techniques get challenged in between the dialogues of textures, topics and composition.

The egg to me symbolizes birth, that in a way gets distilled through the mechanics of a horse. A consciousness installed and tested by stability and chaos. A horse is a representation of wilderness and element of surprise, housing two enigmatic humans in its belly. Human shapes morphing into horse legs represents harmony between both, it’s a surreal moment that captured me from the moment I came up with the first sketch.
